Operations Manager (Hard Services)
Permanent, Full Time
Package: £65,000 inclusive
Location: Southwark, SE1 with travel across Central London.
We’re recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to manage a large corporate offices hard services contract across London.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and continuous improvement of a full whole life asset management contract including; preventative maintenance, reactive and small works projects across 55 large commercial offices. This position will play a key role in delivering against our goal of offering a best-in-class workplace experience by providing subject matter expertise in facilities hard services. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders pro-actively and lead dedicated teams to provide solutions which meet ambitious organisational targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven operations management experience
- Strong hard services experience
- Knowledgeable on building compliance and SFG20 standards
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Formal Engineering Qualification would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities include;
- Day to day management of the core FM operation, inc. Facilities Managers, Planned & Reactive Maintenance and Minor New works
- Daily, weekly and monthly stakeholder engagement meetings
- Acting as the contract’s technical expert in all FM matters, inc. mechanical, electrical and fabric works
- Management of technical compliance across a multi-site contract (55 offices)
- Supporting asset reconciliation, general management reporting and condition reporting
- Supporting the New Works Manager with the production of the annual forward maintenance programme.
