Job description
As a Facilities Co-ordinator (Cleaner) at East Riddlesden Hall, you'll go out of your way for others, and you’ll help to make our property an extra special place to visit. You'll be primarily responsible for the facilities in the weddings and events barn, ensuring the highest standard of presentation. You'll also work across the property, ensuring the site is a clean, safe and welcoming place for our guests and visitors.
The role will be an annualised contract of 600 hours, which will be more hours over the Summer months, and less through Winter, whilst still being paid the same each month. The role will mainly be weekends to suit the nature of a busy wedding and visitor property, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, with some mid-week shifts to do deep cleans and support the visitor areas.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll be assisting with the provision of cleaning duties, presentation of public areas and visitor facilities including wedding facilities, visitor areas, car parks and grounds.

- Ability to multi-task and work in collaboration with other departments

- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
