Facilities Assistant
Reach Plc have an exciting role for a Facilities Assistant. The Facilities Assistant is responsible for providing full administrative support to the facilities management function of this very busy department. Must have the ability to use software systems and use excel & google suite.
This role is based at our Head Office in Canary Wharf

- Facilities helpdesk calls/task reporting
- Purchase ordering and invoice processing
- Supplier invoice/account query handling
- Budget recording/tracking
- Arranging Presentation rooms set up (Covering Hub Coordinator)
- Covering Reception Front desk (meet & greet visitors & issue day passes)
- Participation in environmental management system
- General administrative support to the Central Services/Facilities department as required
- Communication is professional and courteous at all times.
- Able to communicate with people of all levels, adapting communication style accordingly.
- Written communication and telephone manner is of high standard at all times.
- Previous experience in working within a busy Customer Service focused department
- Computer literate with intermediate/advanced level experience of Excel or equivalent.
- Must have numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures
- Proactive & flexible approach to workload
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work well unsupervised as well as part of a team
