We are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join our company. As a growing business, we are also looking for someone to share their ideas. You will have daily exposure to our Managing Director, so rapid career progression is likely. For us, quality is key – so you have to have an eye for detail and the motivation to go the extra mile to ensure a quality service for our clients.
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (desirable not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintaining databases, including site schedules and invoice databases
- Assisting with preparing reports.
- Data entry and record-keeping.
- Performing general office tasks.
