Multi Skilled Engineer

Leeds/Sheffield/York

Permanent Full Time

Up to £31,500

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team:

This role requires a flexible person, happy to carry out all round building maintenance and happy with travel in the area.

The Role:

• You will be carrying out a range of all round works, Plumbing, Basic Carpentry, Basic Electrical, Painting & Decorating and Flooring Experience.
• Role to include flooring, light plumbing, light carpentry, building repairs and maintenance works across commercial sites.
• Working mobile on commercial sites such as pubs and restaurants.
• Working mobile across the region

The Person:

• You will be a good all rounder able to do multiple areas of building maintenance
• You must have flooring experience
• You must hold a full uk licence with no more than 3 points, and be happy with a mobile, regional role.
• Experience working on commercial sites
• You will be happy with a lot of lone working

The Package:

• Starting salary of upto £31,500 dependant on experience
• Callout rota
• Overtime available
• Permanent full time
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Working hours Monday - Friday
• Travel paid except for 1st and last 30 minutes of the day
