We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing family.

Salary up to £34,000 per annum inclusive service charge.

In the 28 bedroom resident only luxury hotel the Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the wellbeing of the hotel guests, ensuring the exceptional service, support the team in delivering food and drinks in the lounge or in their room.

What are the key responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Supervisor?


  • Ensuring smooth running of service throughout the day
  • Support and inspire the team to deliver personalised experience to the guests
  • Checking all drink orders and deliveries when received
  • Carrying out daily cash up when on late shift
  • Liaising with colleagues, management and kitchen staff to ensure prompt, professional and efficient service
