- This is a fantastic opportunity to play an instrumental role in the delivery of F&B projects across the UK & Internationally, working within an Italian restaurant brand that is partnered with multiple renowned hoteliers.
- The role is a mixture of on property work & head office based (Manchester), with a requirement to travel across the UK & Internationally to hotels and restaurants as required. All travel expenses are covered.
- You’ll be supporting the F&B Director with the execution of F&B menu development across multiple brands (Restaurant, Banqueting, Breakout & Meeting menus, Breakfast). Whilst assisting the F&B Operations team to deliver outstanding operational procedures.
- You should be confident in the execution of F&B marketing programmes, coordinating and updating of F&B operating systems (EPOS systems & Inventory management systems), and communication to hotel partners on latest initiatives.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
