We are now recruiting for the role of F&B Manager. As the F&B Manager you will be a talented food service professional with a passion for continually developing and improving your wine, drinks and food knowledge. You are an engaging and charismatic individual, striving to provide a personalised service to our members and are ready to take on a leading role during your shift.
The F&B Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the bar, lounge, terrace and restaurant when on shift, and assist in the development and performance management of the team. In addition, you oversee the inventory, optimise profits where possible and ensure that customers are satisfied with their F&B experience.
The ideal Manager candidate will:
- Have previous supervisory/management experience working in a restaurant
- Be passionate about providing outstanding, personalised service
- Serve drinks and food of the highest standards with the ability to make recommendations
- Be engaging and charismatic with exceptional communication skills
- Is ready to lead by example and enjoys sharing their skills and knowledge with the team
- Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to requests
- An excellent team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00 per year
