We are currently looking for Full time Food and Beverage Assistants with experience in restaurants or similar hospitality environments.
The F&B team is led by our F&B Management team who are committed to providing exceptional service to all our guests throughout all of F&B areas; Restaurants, Lounge, Bar and Clubhouse. This is a great opportunity to further your all round knowledge within different areas in a highly regarded dining venue.
Where will you be working?
SCHLOSS Roxburghe is an exceptional country house estate with a Championship Golf Course and a range of outdoor activities, nestled in the beautiful Scottish Borders but little more than an hour's drive from both Edinburgh and Newcastle.
The elegant property includes 53 bedrooms and suites and the cuisine is top quality and varied, with an emphasis on fresh, home-grown produce.

We are looking for:
- Immaculate personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a comparable position in a hotel or restaurant desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Work well with other employees, including chefs and dining staff
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving
- Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and Bank holiday work will be required)
- Be looking to join an established friendly team where there are lots of opportunities to progress further due to the developing nature of the business
