Facilitator – Associate - EY Wavespace - Permanent

As wavespace grows, we are looking for exceptionally talented individuals to help bring our experiences to life and guide clients through the challenges of innovating.


Your key responsibilities

As a wavespace Facilitator, you’ll team with a wide-ranging set of stakeholders in wavespace, across the broader EY community, and externally with clients to build and deliver best-in-class innovation experiences:

  • Understand the objectives of the experience and how the design of the experience will meet these objectives
  • Project manage the diverse aspects of an experience:
    • Before an experience this may include detailed logistics planning; liaison with the Customer Experience and comms teams, Hospitality and AV; client team liaison for booking co-design meetings, documenting decisions and tracking actions; producing detailed run sheets; Mural/Miro design and creation; supporting clients in the use of collaboration software being used in the client experience, template design and creation.
    • During an experience this may include ensuring all logistics, technology and materials are in place; team briefings and support of the Process Facilitator and Experience Manager.
    • After an experience this may include production and delivery of agreed outputs, credential write up, capturing of learnings, liaising on any follow-up activities.
  • You will take a collaborative approach to work, with the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and having a genuine interest in solving complex business problems


Skills and attributes for success

This is an energetic and interactive role working with a variety of stakeholders.

To qualify you must have:

  • Relevant professional experience, preferably in a consulting and/or creative environment
  • The ability to navigate challenging situations in real-time


Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Exposure to innovation and design thinking methodologies
