Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Transformation Architecture, you will:

• Be responsible for project delivery, supporting clients through a number of transformation methodologies across our core sectors; Government and Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences, Consumer Products and Retail, and Energy and Assets
• Create high-quality work products and act as a guide to clients, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services in response to client problems
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and facilitation skills with an ability to succinctly and creatively present robust and evidence-based messages for complex projects or elements of highly complex projects, and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals;
• Create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs
• Continue to develop valued relationships by leveraging your own network of clients and EY’s network
• Contribute to business development processes, from responding to tender requests to preparing for and presenting at pitches
• Drive improvements in business processes, you will serve as a role model for Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) and make sure that project teams understand and comply with our Q&RM guidelines

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• At least 5-8 years within industry or a blue-chip consulting firm, ideally with experience in one or more of our core sectors;
• Strong academic record including a third level degree
• A proven track record in delivering a suite of strategic and business transformation across public or private sector environments
• Senior stakeholder management (e.g. Board, C-Suite) and communication experience

Ideally, you’ll also have experience in:

• Strategy implementation including the design and development of long-term strategic roadmaps, implementation planning, critical success factors and development of best practice models to integrate strategy delivery.
• Conducting trend analyses to assess current market landscape, identifying growth levers, visioning and prioritising to develop a set of strategic choices, and guiding organisations through business model reinvention.
• Operating Model Design and Development to include Interim and Target Operating Models, and facilitation of workshop-based processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience in supporting the development of business and commercial cases for significant pieces of new investment or policy changes.
