Kingston Cleaning Services is a Specialist Exterior cleaning Company based in Hull.

We have been providing expert cleaning services for over 70 years, rapidly growing from a local window cleaning business, to become a National commercial cleaning company, serving some of the country’s best-known names. Safety, quality, and value services are at the heart of their success, along with a desire to deliver a great service for their customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for 2 Exterior Cleaning Specialists to join our expanding team working in Hull and the surrounding areas.

Kingston Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning Covers Services such as:

• Roof & Render Cleaning.
• Pressure Washing.
• Jet Washing.
• Window Cleaning using both water fed poles and traditional methods.
• Fascia, Soffits & Gutter cleaning.
• Solar Panel Cleaning.
• Hot Water Pressure Washing.
• Cladding Cleaning & Restoration.
• Soft Washing.

Desired Skills:

• Previous Cleaning Experience Would be Beneficial.
• Full Soft Wash training provided.
• Physically fit as you will be active all day, hardworking is essential.
• The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and very reliable, have an excellent eye for detail and take pride their appearance.
• You will need to have a clean, full UK driving license.
• As this is a Customer facing role, excellent communication skills and a friendly approach are a must.
• Be comfortable working at heights, using ladders, tower scaffold and high reach machinery: such as MEWPS/Cherry Pickers.
• Positive can-do attitude with a good level of communication for a customer facing role.

• You will be required to have a DBS and Police Vetting Check ( Disclosure and Barring Service) check due to the nature of some of our contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kingston upon Hull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
