Tacos + Tequila's 2nd branch in Clapham South - a vibrant taqueria, looking for an experienced head waiter/waitress.
We are hiring organised, reliable, and committed team members with experience.
Job Description:
- Monitoring customer and client satisfaction
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
- Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinating day-to-day operations
- Ensuring that company guidelines are followed
- Ensuring that goals and objectives are met
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management
- Filling in for senior management in case of their absence
- Working with clients: greeting, taking orders, delivering food and drinks
- Working with Opentable and Lightspeed system
- Monitoring client satisfaction
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
- Supporting the general manager as needed
- Opening and closing venue
- Helping and supporting other team members
