Your role




We're looking for [Role Name] to:

  • Work in the EMEA Travel Management team in providing resolution for any service related issues and delivering employee training both in person and utilization of technology on how to best access and utilize travel tools and resources in order to conduct best practice driving online adoption

Develop our service solutions to be timely, proactive and intuitive to ensure employee travel is safe, cost effective and delivers high traveller satisfaction.

Support the EMEA travel management department, driving continuous improvement in service levels, providing responses to the Traveller engagement survey, enhancing the experience of Travel and GCS to our business travellers

Your team

You’ll be working in the Travel Management Team in London which is part of the Group Corporate Services team. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Travel Operations
You will be working to deliver a seamless and consistent user experience for clients, employees and stakeholders.

Your expertise

– experience within the corporate travel industry ideally with a large Travel Management Company specializing in Global Contracts for Business Travel
– experience with implementing and managing on line travel booking tools such as Citric across multi markets
– Experience in implementation of new products and services using project management tools
– a customer-oriented approach and experience with Travel Survey Tools
– Excel, PowerPoint and word experience.
– Experience in delivering end user training
– organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
– a reputation for building effective relationships with bookers and travelers
– ability to review, test and propose documented procedures,
– An eye for detail to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality
– excellent communication and interpersonal skills
