Job description
We are looking for a motivated Receptionist/Hostess to join us at our upbeat, modern restaurant Smith's Bar & Grill.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from the moment our customers first arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Responding to emails.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in dealing with customers.
- Organised
- Great time management
- Reliable
- Good knowledge of English is a must, both written and spoken.
