Reason Transport are seeking an experienced customer service Telephone advisor to join our quality customer services / Traffic Team at our Coventry Distribution facility.
Your goal will be to achieve performance and service level targets, meet and exceed customer expectations, resolve queries and find solutions.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be vibrant and energetic, eager to go the extra mile and takes a problem-solving approach to all customer queries with a solution- driven mind, telephone experience essential and web chat usage advantageous.
Location: Baginton CV3 4PA
Working hrs: Monday – Friday 9.00 am to 17.00 pm
Salary: £24000
