Job description
We are looking for an Experience Manager to be part of our management team at our Acton, West London Park. You will be responsible for our guests journey, from the warm welcome to the incredible time they’ll have in your Park, bouncing and climbing. You will lead from the front, engaging with customers, having fun with them and delivering exceptional service through your team. You will run a secure, safe and fun park for all your customers.
You will be full of energy, organised and a confident and an inclusive Manager of people. You will know that teamwork is imperative to success and enjoy working in a busy customer service environment. You will be commercial, enjoy working at pace and be a strong coach and trainer. Hours: 40 pw, including scheduled weekends
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
