Job description
As the Expeditor/Stores Progressor on site, you will be responsible for the expediting of outstanding purchase orders to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with Client expectations and Stores operational requirements.
This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to attend the office in Warrington, Cheshire, one day per week.

Your duties will involve

  • To expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with Stores operational requirements
  • To liaise directly with customers in receipt of direct orders to confirm the delivery of goods and to update RS Integrated Supply records on SAP accordingly
  • To accurately record all communications with Stores personnel and Vendors into the SAP system
  • To amend current stock lines on the RS Integrated Supply system(s) to reflect description, Supplier and inventory level change(s) where appropriate

To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role
Experience required

  • A positive attitude with the ability to deliver excellent Client experience and satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient planning and organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach
  • Strong ICT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft

Excel

  • Experience of ensuring quality standards are maintained alongside strong performance
