SALARY
- Basic salary of £21,763.60
- Uncapped Bonus scheme
- Average earners make £400- £500 per month increasing your salary to £25,000
- Top earners make £600- £800 per month increasing your salary to £29,000+

The Role as a Call Handler Agent will include
- As a Call Handler Agent, you will be calling existing customers to discuss renewals or upgrade their contract with the client
- Providing general customer support
- As a Call Handler Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their contract renewal
