PHW Health and Well-being Curriculum Lead
15 hours per week - 12 month secondment
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher with senior leadership experience to join our Health Improvement Division on a secondment basis. The post presents an opportunity to work within a public health team dedicated to supporting the implementation of the new Health and Well-being Area of Learning and Experience across all progression stages. You will be a senior education practitioner with significant experience of designing and implementing health and well-being curricula including in line with the new Curriculum for Wales. The role will provide education leadership, including pedagogical and strategic education expertise to the development of supportive frameworks for the effective application of health and well-being topics and activities to meet learners' identified needs within the Health and Well-being statements of what matters. This exciting new role will co-lead a health and education partnership to best meet the needs of learners and settings during a period of significant change, challenge and opportunity.
