Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months | 37 hours per week | £24,496 to £26,845 per annum (Grade F) | Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Communications team to join our team as a Business Support Officer, providing support to all parts of the team.
We are looking for a hardworking and efficient team member. In this post you will be expected to provide wide ranging administrative support to the team including, financial tasks including processing invoices and raising orders, producing PowerPoint presentations, using PowerBI and managing SharePoint sites, maintaining records, updating and monitoring plans, coordinating the collection and collation of information, monitoring data and producing reports, statistics and other management information, loading agreed content to myNet and Sitecore, arranging, attending and minuting meetings, administering the planning & organisation of events, activities & training courses.
Good communication skills are essential, as you will be in regular contact with business support and operational colleagues and colleagues from partners organisations.
You will need an eye for detail, a methodical approach and an ability to work with a wide range of people. You will also need the ability to be adaptable and flexible across different areas of work and remain focused with repetitive tasks.
Proven experience in administration and the use of IT along with a strong teamwork approach is essential to this role.
