Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Executive Support Officer to join the team here at Culdrose. Working mainly within the Executive Department this role will provide administration support to the Executive Officer, and the extended Executive Team, working with colleagues across the Air Station as required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent all round communication skills to work alongside Military and Civil Service staff at all levels.

Job description
The primary role of the Executive Support Officer is to provide high level administration support to the Executive Team at Culdrose. Main roles and responsibilities include:
- Coordination of whole-station visit programme (VTMs).
- Management, coordination and publishing of key documents, (e.g. TMs, SOPs, CSOs).
- Admin, coordination and meeting support to the Senior Executive Team as and when required.
- Administration for monthly Culdrose brief (including signposting new starters to the registration page, coordination of the agenda for the day, print out attendees list, on-site support setting up projectors etc.)
- First point of contact with reference to day to day coordination and administration for the building (including logging any defects with the infrastructure team, coordination of routine fire alarm testing, be the first point of contact for contractors undertaken any work in the building as and when required, monthly building checks in liaison the Fire Station.
- Support and assist where necessary the administration around NSOR/DSOR reporting, working with CU Health and Safety Manager.
- Any other administration requirements as directed by the Executive Team (which may include, but not limited to, arranging meetings, taking action points at personnel related meetings, supporting with arranging travel, proof reading of documentation etc.)
Secondary responsibilities will include working with the Information Management Assistant processing SharePoint site permissions (as requested).

Essential
Experience:
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Microsoft software literacy (essential: Word and Excel)
- Use of Modern SharePoint (or the ability to upskill quickly)
- Proven use of MS Teams literacy (or the ability to upskill quickly)
Technical:
- Strong computer literacy skills
