The role will suit an individual looking to start their career in PwC, who is prepared to provide support to the Executive Support team and wider UK stakeholders. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the passion and ability to upskill yourself.
The role requires a high level of self management and personal responsibility coupled with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage tasks and workload. You will have a customer service mindset, good technical skills and the ability to keep up to date with current and emerging technology.
As part of an executive support team, responsibilities include:
Diary / Meeting support - provide transactional support to organise client or internal meetings and manage existing calendar invites
Travel management - research and booking of travel requests both in the UK and internationally including itinerary preparation for complex travel.
Expense management - timely preparation of expense claims for stakeholders and support with processing invoices
Documents - preparation and formatting of documents, complying with brand and risk procedures.
Support with maintaining the firm's Client Records Management system (Salesforce), as required.
Event coordination - providing support to stakeholders on the logistics both internal and external events
Supporting the wider Team during planned and unplanned absences to ensure a seamless support to stakeholders
Any other ad hoc administration duties as requested
Confidently manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of work
High level of attention to detail
Quickly build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, most of whom will be working remotely to you
Act as a strong team player, support colleagues who delegate work to you, ensuring a seamless service is provided to business stakeholders. Proactively share knowledge with colleagues
Show a curious mindset to existing and emerging technologies to support new ways of working and the ability to embrace and adapt to new technology in a fast moving tech environment.
Ensure high levels of customer services at all times, and be an advocate for the IWS team.
