Executive Researcher
Role: Executive Researcher
Location: London, Paddington (Hybrid)
The in-house executive search team leads on executive hiring and assessment. We believe in the pivotal role that executive leadership holds in driving Vodafone’s success, values and purpose. We are trusted executive hiring partners for Vodafone’s leadership community, assisting the evolution of New Generation Telco leadership together. By joining the Vodafone executive search team, you will play an active role in creating the future of Vodafone. The role of the executive recruitment researcher is to drive external research, uncovering and engaging with key leadership talent for live searches and pipelining. The role involves presentation of data for senior level audiences, taking a data driven and analytical approach.
With us you will:
- Play an active role in brief taking with senior stakeholders; capturing detailed business role requirements and making sure that all angles and avenues are covered to have the basis to execute research.
- Interpret briefs into search strategies, using the internal ATS, LinkedIn, internal referrals and all publically available resources to find talent.
- Engage with, qualify and attract high quality talent in the market, screening against competencies and cultural values, while effectively representing Vodafone’s vision and values.
- Track progress and record data with a view to creating an overarching database and talent pools.
- Present progress/ update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Build knowledge and analytics in key areas of Vodafone’s growth and ambitions.
It would be nice if you have:
- Recruitment or academic/ business research experience
- Articulate and engaging style to engage with executive level stakeholders and HR leaders.
- Attention to detail and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to act with discretion in regards to sensitive information and confidential intellectual property.
- Strong organisational skills; ability to work in a structured manner.
- Can manage ambiguity and able to operate effectively with simplicity
