The Faculty of Education and Yeltic Limited would like to invite you to be part of the Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project: "AI educational experiences through immersive technologies to improve corporate education". Yeltic is a company specialized in human development, and the generation of learning solutions mainly through virtual and augmented reality and AI. Moreover, Yeltic has joined Meta in a partnership to create learning experiences in the Metaverse.
Funding was granted by Innovate UK, Knowledge Transfer Partnership Program. The project will focus on scaling-up a mobile learning platform leveraging AI through immersive technologies to transform the way in which people learn and are trained in their organizations.
We invite you to collaborate in this project. The app will be tested by tens of thousands of users in the UK and Latin America. The position will have the following main objectives through the 24-month project:
- To create models of competencies for soft and hard skills development in organizations.
- To create design guidelines of immersive technology experiences relying on a dialogic approach using AI tools like ChatGPT to increase educational benefit and user engagement.
- To build an evaluation and certification strategy for users of the platform. The project will start as soon as the candidate is in place. This is a 2-year position
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 August 2025 in the first instance.
