DDAT are looking to recruit an experienced Executive PA to support our Chief Executive Officer by undertaking professional PA and administrative duties.
DDAT and DDAT 2 are the Multi Academy Trusts that currently oversee and support 30 schools across Derbyshire and Derby City. Established in 2013 by the Diocese of Derby, DDAT is committed to providing high quality education for all children in their academies based on clearly established Christian values and principles. With a healthy pipeline of schools who are in the process of joining the Trust, the PA to the CEO will play a pivotal role in the growth of DDAT.
This post plays a key role in supporting the CEO and as directed the wider team to support further development and growth of the Trust.
The postholder will have previous experience of working as a PA for a senior executive, and experience from an educational setting is desirable. They will be highly efficient and organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload to tight deadlines, whilst accommodating regular complex changes within the CEO’s and their own schedule.
The successful candidate will be an approachable, and an effective communicator. They will be able to build trust and positive relationships with executive, senior and middle leaders as well as wider stakeholders, providing support across all aspects of people and change management.

This post is office based in Bakewell with regular travel to DDAT Schools, and some opportunity for hybrid working.
