About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Executive Personal Assistant who will be working closely with senior leaders at the University, including the Deputy Registrar and Executive Divisional Director of Education and Academic Services. You will need to have excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills as well as the ability to work with people at all levels within and outside of the institution. Your ability to network, co-ordinate and plan effectively will be crucial. Experience of high-level executive support, including the servicing of committees and effective diary management, is essential.
You will be working with the strategic support team in Education and Academic Services, ensuring that senior leaders are provided with excellent support. You will be involved in projects across the directorate and will have the opportunity to be involved in exciting activity working with a diverse range of people.
The post will involve and combination of campus-based working on our Streatham Campus in Exeter and home-working. Our team takes a flexible approach that is always cognisant of individual circumstances.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
