Canon EMEA have two really exciting senior level Executive Assistant roles supporting various leaders within different parts of our Head Office in Stockley Park.
The executives work within Corporate Development & IT.
You will be part of a focused and innovative environment at our EMEA HQ at Stockley Park, working with various stakeholders in a range of complex tasks.
In addition to a salary between £31,247 - £36,749pa depending on experience, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. We have a range of flexible benefits including a strong contributory pension plan, private healthcare, life cover, plus employee discounts on Canon products.

Your role as an Executive Assistant will expose you to varied and dynamic activities including:
- Providing a high level of EA duties to the Executive as required, including complex diary and email management, generating reports and presentations, facilitating meetings etc.
- Taking initiative in prioritising and managing the Executive's workload to meet specific deadlines.
- The ability to anticipate and fulfil the needs of the Executive. Responding to complex demands with the ability to respond proactively.
- To build close working relationships with key stakeholders, linking with them in a wide range of sensitive and complex cases on behalf of the Executive. Organising and facilitating meetings, taking minutes where necessary.
- To play a key role in internal and external communication, developing effective networks with individuals and other organisations, regarding the work of the executive.
- Coordinating enquiries, queries, or complaints for the Executive, ensuring all are handled in a professional and effective manner.
What we ask
Previous experience in a similar role is vital, and therefore we are looking for you to demonstrate:
- A strong background working in an EA/PA role for C-Suite individuals. dealing appropriately with issues of an important nature.
- Working within a blue-chip corporate environment, preferably across multiple countries for a global organisation.
- Significant knowledge and experience using applications such as Excel and other O365 tools.
