£35 - £40k | Hybrid – office located in South Devon | Supporting SLT and CEO

We are working in partnership with a unique organisation as they seek to bolster support to the CEO and the Senior Leadership team with an Executive Operations Assistant.
You will play a critical role in the effective running of this small and dynamic organisation by providing high level administration and operational support at executive level.
Executive Operations Assistant responsibilities include: -
Reporting to the Director of Operations and CEO, responsibilities will consist of:
· Supporting the leadership teams with all administrative and logistical tasks
· Manage all communications with both internal and external parties across multiple channels
· Organising ad-hoc meetings and events across multiple time zones, scheduling and handling the logistics
· Assist with HR duties – in-house recruitment, company policies, financial admin
· Offering insight and experience to ensure the business operates at optimum efficiency
Executive Operations Assistant requirements include: -
· Well educated, astute, intuitive, strong commercial thinking
· Demonstrable Executive Assistant or Business Administrator experience operating at senior level
· An understanding of working in a small organisation culture, able to proactively build their network within the globally located team
· Prioritise workload under minimal supervision, act on own initiative whilst observing the needs of the business
· Able to effectively balance day to day needs alongside longer term activities and projects
