Beer & Young is a leading provider of private investor and business angel funding for small businesses. Established in 1998 and based in Russell Square, WC1, we are a multi award winning business, respected within our community. We are looking for our key support role in the business, reduced to part-time in today's working environment but still equally important.
The right candidate will have experience of both general admin roles and a flair for marketing, particularly in areas like LinkedIn, newsletters and general mailings.
You will be well presented and flexible in your approach to work. You will need to be able to multitask and coordinate efficiently in order to work towards deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Administration (40% of time)
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Associates
- Basic IT support for Director and Associates
Marketing (40% of time)
- Update / create marketing brochures
- Monthly E-Newsletter (HTML emails)
- Update database
- Manage and update company websites
- Manage and update LinkedIn/Social content
Accounts (20% of time)
- Generating client invoices and tracking payments
- Signing off supplier invoices for payment
Knowledge of the following is useful but not essential
- Mailchimp/Mailjet
- Wordpress
- CRM systems (WebCRM)
This role will ideally suit an experienced administrator who wants an active and challenging part time role. Mostly home working, time in the office can be limited to the learning & embedding phase.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £12,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
