Role Summary & Required Skills
The Executive Media Assistant (EMA) is a multi-skilled role that delivers value in three distinct areas: efficient co-ordination of the business hub, driving administration and project management. The EMA should be instinctively creative, have theatrical, television, film and commercial experience or interest including contract negotiation, celebrity interface and comprehensive digital and social media skills. However, skill base and experience are essential but this shouldn't negate the importance of the individual's passion, drive and love for the industry. AA's inclusion policy for the clients reflect the same standards where staff are concerned.
The EMA should be proactive, commercially aware and discrete with the ability to provide seamless executive support to our AA clients and industry professionals which demonstrates the AA commitment to a world class customer experience.
