What you'll do:
- Ensure that Executive Lounge areas are prepared and ready for service as per department checklist.
- Be responsible for smooth functioning of operation in Executive Lounge i.e. breakfast service, Evening canapés service.
- Provide highest level of customer service using all the brand standards.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, safety of furniture, fixtures and fittings. To “Clean as you go” in order to ensure a clean and tidy work area, and to follow the routine cleaning schedule.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
