Executive Education at Imperial College Business School is a specialist in the development of high-performing executives in innovation-intensive science and engineering-based industries. As such we aspire to position ourselves as industry innovators in all aspects of customer engagement, design, delivery and partnership management. Having successfully focused on the customer market, we are now building our Open Enrolment programme activity, Face to Face, Virtual and online. Executive Education is expected to grow rapidly and significantly over the next 10 years and has ambitious targets of 60M by 2032.

The Executive Education Programme Manager will be required to professionally co-ordinate, manage and execute multiple Executive Education programmes at various phases in the design and delivery cycle to ensure participants receive impeccable world class service, and that all programme goals and budgets are achieved.
Duties and responsibilities
The Programme Manager will:
Build and maintain close relationships with clients and participants throughout the programme
Be responsible for the planning and delivery of all programme logistics, including:
- Preparation and collation of all programme materials
- Booking venues, transport and accommodation
- Management and coordination of all participants and faculty movement during delivery of the programme
Have accountability for the programme budget and reconciliation
Be able to identify key areas for service improvement
You will be positive, energetic and self-motivated. You will thrive from being part of a small entrepreneurial team and have a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build excellent working relationships with senior clients, Business School and wider Imperial College stakeholders.
Essential requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have experience of programme management within Executive Education at another leading business school, event management or course delivery. You must be able to display a good understanding of Executive Education in general. You must have the ability to make decisions under pressure, prioritise workload and be flexible to react positively to constant change whilst working to tight deadlines. You need to be able to work successfully in a team, whilst also having the proven ability to work on your own initiative, with little or no supervision.
