The Opportunity:
At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers, our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education. We are currently looking for two Executive Assistants to support members of our Executive Team.
You will provide an efficient, effective and confidential support service. This is a varied and demanding role which will include scheduling and diary management and all associated administration, as well as minute taking. You will be a first point of contact providing professional and customer focused support to all. You will also support, more broadly, on other regular tasks, which may include project work and analysis of information. The role will be based in Coventry Head Office two days a week, with some travel to other locations in the UK.
About You:
You will need to be an experienced Executive Assistant who has provided support to members of an Executive Team. You will thrive in a busy environment, and be an innovative and customer-focused problem solver who is proactive, organised, and has great attention to detail. You will need excellent communication and IT skills, the ability to build strong relationships, be able to learn quickly and have proven knowledge, skills and experience to provide outstanding executive support at a senior level.
