My name is Tony Brink and I’m a serial entrepreneur, founder of a few businesses in wholesale, retail and E-commerce. I'm the founder of Etta Vita, a dietary supplement company based in the US that specializes in naturopathic and herbal nutraceuticals for vitality and wellness.

About the role:
I'm looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive with excellent communication skills to be my Virtual Executive Assistant. I need an A-Player who can be a trusted partner for the long term. An ideal candidate would have a background in E-commerce.
This will be a fast-paced role with various tasks and challenges that present themselves each week. The most important task will be reliable email management and email handling. Since this is a remote position, one must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
This would start as an hourly role with the potential to move to a full-time position.
We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones or overlap.
Responsibilities:
- Managing email inbox, including responding to clients inquiries, other contractors, and business contacts
- Maintaining daily calendar, arrange calls, meetings, and conferences while making sure all details are handled in a clear and organized manner
- Working on other different complex tasks (if needed)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant for a business owner/CEO
- High ability to handle multiple emails and requests per day and complete work by deadlines
- Experience with communication tools like Teamwork and Zoom
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are prioritized and handled at the appropriate time and in the correct manner
- High level of experience with Google Apps, Apple Calendar, Gmail, and similar apps
- Capability to setup new systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in order to streamline business and personal tasks
- Ability to do repetitive tasks and handle multiple projects at the same
- Work with a fully remote team
