THE GIG
Partnering with and representing our Chief Product Officer for a 12-month fixed term contract, this is a vital role at the heart of the product function, working closely with the CPO and stakeholders at all levels across the business in a fast-paced environment.
As our Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Proactive and extensive diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient use of business time
- Arranging all travel bookings and schedules as required and looking after and responding to emails
- Executing efficient planning and organising for multiple offsites throughout the year for the CPO and key stakeholders
- Managing the onboarding process for all new members of the team
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Extensive experience in confidently supporting and collaborating with senior C-suite stakeholders and external non-executive board members at a global level
- Excellent communication and IT skills including video calls on Zoom and Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to be demonstrate integrity and be trustworthy. This role involves dealing with the occasional sensitive and confidential issues, discretion is key at all times
