About KIDS
KIDS is a national charity which has been supporting disabled children, young people and their families since 1970.
We work with children, irrespective of their disability, from birth through to 25 years. Each year we support over 15,000 disabled children, offer over 120 different services and work with about 80 Local Authorities across England.
We are passionate, caring and trusted and our vision is a world in which all disabled children and young people realise their aspirations. We offer support and practical help for families, every step of the way.
About The Role
The EA Role
- Problem solving
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Managing CEO’S schedule, inbox and incoming correspondence
- Support the Executive Leadership Team
- Handling critical communications
- Maintaining effective systems and processes for simplified document management
- Managing confidential information
- Coordinating travel plans and itineries
About You
- IT workplace skills to include Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and CRMs
- Confidence to support and stand alongside the CEO
- Anticipate needs and preference
- Highly articulate with excellent writing, communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
