Job Overview:
Are you looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Here, you won't just be handling tasks; you'll be accelerating your career, learning , and contributing to high-impact projects. This isn't a traditional EA role; it's a career-defining opportunity for someone who can really own their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize to Optimize: Keep our CEO ahead of the curve, making sure schedules, tasks, and commitments are always in check.
Spearhead Communication: Interface with stakeholders, whether they're employees or investors, to manage and escalate issues as needed.
Project Execution: Handle various projects end-to-end, keeping quality in the spotlight.
Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage all aspects of travel, from flights to last-minute hiccups.
Follow Through: Ensure that action items from meetings are acted upon, communicating updates or delays proactively to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in roles that required you to manage multiple priorities and projects, ideally in a tech or startup setting.
Outstanding communication skills; you should be as comfortable drafting an email as you are making a presentation.
Strong attention to detail; you don't let things slip through the cracks.
Proficiency in using office software like Google Suite and communication tools like Slack, Zoom.
