We started out as Money4YOUth in 2014 and rebranded to Money4YOU in 2020 to reflect our expanded focus and reach.
Job purpose:
This is an incredible opportunity for an exceptional EA who is passionate about working in a dynamic fast paced business to join a rapidly growing Nonprofit with UK and international development impact. The role has been created for the sole purpose of improving the CEO’s work life and making her more efficient so that she can focus on growing the organisation whereas relying on you to focus on the day- to-day admin, acting as gatekeeper and the first point of contact.
Looking after the CEO, you will provide senior level 1-1 support in all aspects of their work. Your ambitious and entrepreneurial nature together with a determined hands-on approach will ensure you succeed in this challenging, varied and sometimes pressurised role.
The role is based from home but regular co-working in London is expected.
What will you be doing?
- Extensive diary & email management
- Acting as first point of contact for CEO; communicating with key stakeholders, partners, andcontacts
- Coordinating numerous (sometimes) high-profile virtual and face to face meetings
- Carrying out research, producing reports, delivering specific projects, and other business-related tasks as agreed with the CEO including producing presentation materials, agendas, and papers
- Managing all travel arrangements (flights, hotels and itineraries)
- Ensuring numerous contracts are in place including insurance, rental agreements, mobile phone,etc.
- Overseeing the recruitment of new volunteers and staff; sometimes this will extend to training,induction, performance management, and staff development
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing Money4YOU’s wellbeing programme
- Where needed, managing the CEO’s personal itinerary, including booking holidays, liaison withclients, ad hoc requests, and liaison with personal contacts
Who are we looking for?
- A discrete, dynamic, well presented, personable, proactive and entrepreneurial individual with a great sense of humour as well as:
- Previous experience of supporting a CEO or senior board member
- Highly organised and meticulous individual with an eye for detail
- Technically proficient in a variety of tools with a strong MS Office proficiency
- Experience in taking minutes and dictation
- Great communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels
- Ability to deal with problems as they arise in an unflappable manner
- Someone who is trustworthy, hardworking and can complete tasks to a high standard
