London South Bank University (LSBU) is a leader in professional and technical education and aims to compete in its chosen fields with the best such institutions in the world.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Provost, Professor Tara Dean and direct and manage her time in the most effective and efficient manner.

About you

This role will require a confident, highly organised and experienced individual to manage workflow, action emails, and keep track of actions and deadlines to ensure the most effective use of the Provost’s time.

Exciting work you will do

The EA will oversee the work of the Provost’s Office, ensuring the provision of a professional and efficient service to the Provost and to external and internal stakeholders.

The skills and experience you will need to be successful

The postholder should be able to multitask, anticipating needs and juggling competing priorities. They will have excellent judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing demands.

Details about the role

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
