We have an rare opportunity to join our Executive Office team at The Ritz London as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager. We are proud of being the benchmark by which other hotels are measured, and are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are dedicated to developing and training a candidate who has the right drive and personality to desire to succeed.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing support and assistance to the General Manager
- Managing scheduling, planning, and execution for the General Manager and other members of the team
- Producing presentations, minutes, spreadsheets, and more as needed
- General office management, administrative, and reception duties
- Being a first point of contact for the Executive Office via Email and Telephone
- Booking travel accommodations, nationally and internationally
Our desired qualities:
- Relevant experience, ideally in a high-end hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Exemplary spoken, written, and understanding of the English language
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests and colleagues
- Availability to work full time hours]
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft packages
- Demonstrative of having initiative, enthusiasm, and a proactive personality
