Job description
Our client, one of the top names in Luxury, Creative Interior Design, is looking for a talented self-starter PA to join their London office. Working on a maternity cover as PA to the inspirational founder of this extremely well-respected company, you will be required to:
- Provide full administrative support to the Director, including personal admin support
- Manage diary and contact list
- Book and manage all travel itineraries including flights, taxis, accommodation, conferences and restaurants, both work and private
- Organise networking and business development events hosted by the Director
- Support Director in responding to new business enquiries
- Type up minutes
- Issue and respond to emails on Director’s behalf
- Book and manage meeting rooms: meeting prep, assist with meetings
- Assist Director with purchase and delivery of thank you gifts, Christmas gifts, thank you responses
- Monthly reconciliation of Director's expenses
- Lead the organising of office events and general support for event planning activities
- Expenses and other ad-hoc responsibilities
