Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for an exciting new challenge?
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to our senior leadership. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
You will possess outstanding organisational and time management skills, as well as superior communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly, while being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
You’ll be based in our central London office at least 3 days a week.
You’ll have the following responsibilities
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to provide administrative and organizational support
- Proactively anticipate and manage the executive’s needs
- Manage a complex calendar of meetings, events, and travel
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and communications
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, review, and respond to emails, voicemails, and other inquiries
- Track and manage project deadlines and milestones
- Create reports, documents, and presentations
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
You’ll need to have the following skills and experience
- Proven track record in a similar position within a multi-functional business.
- Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in proof reading of high-level presentations and documents.
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Highly competent in use of Microsoft tools.
