Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to work alongside our new CNO, with a competitive salary range on offer.

What are we looking for
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant.
This role provides executive assistant support to the Office of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Responsibilities of this office include the executive level accountabilities for the CNO and will lend support to the senior team of Directors of Nursing.
Primary responsibilities of the role includes the organisation, scheduling, correspondence, coordination and follow up for all meetings and events, plus the duties of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and all documents and files.
Role information
This full time, permanent position would require the post holder to work 37.5 per week.
This is a Monday-Friday, 0900-1700 role (with some flexibility required as per the needs of the organisation), to be based our Administrative Building, next to our hospital in London, Victoria.
What will your duties include
- Directly supports the Chief Nursing Officer in all executive administration requirements

Lend support to the CNO’s direct reports, the Directors of Nursing. The 4 Directors of Nursing oversee individual key nursing areas of - Perioperative, Acute & Ambulatory, ICU, Clinical (Nursing) Education

Align with Nursing Institute Manager to support directorate, eg - structuring and facilitating meetings, Nursing directorate communications to the wider nursing team (c.600 caregivers)
- All activities related to the responsibilities of this role require a high level of sensitivity and the strictest confidentiality.
What we need from you
- A demonstrable track-record in a complex senior Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting multiple principals and/or work-streams

Previous experience working in a team-oriented office environment.

Previous experience working for clinical or technical specialist executives or senior clinical professional leaders is advantageous

Previous work in the healthcare industry preferable.
- A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC, normal or corrected vision, requires extensive sitting and frequent data entry, ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone and in person.
