Executive Assistant to Chief People Officers
The opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide exemplary administrative support to two of our Chief People Officers (CPOs) for 12 months, based in Warwick or The Strand, London.
Working as an Executive Assistant you’ll use your excellent planning and organisation skills to effectively manage the Chief People Officer’s calendars, screen and direct phone calls, and plan and coordinate complex travel and itinerary arrangements, both domestically and overseas.
Showcasing your excellent co-ordination skills, you’ll support complex executive meetings with internal and external resources, attend team meetings and provide secretarial assistance. You’ll also be responsible for invoice processing.
Using your professionalism and discretion you’ll have full email management of the CPOs inbox to redirect emails, action enquired and handle sensitive information.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, professional, and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, to really make a difference.
The role is a full-time,12 month fixed term contract position (37 hours per week), although PT hours may be considered (minimum of 4 days per week). The role is hybrid with the flexibility to work 2-3 days in the office and the remainder from home.
About you
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at C suite / senior leadership group level
- Confident dealing with senior leaders
- Excellent organisational and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Sound client management skills: confident managing internal and external stakeholders
- Highly flexible - capable of managing conflicting priorities in keeping with the needs of the team and senior leader
- Work with minimal supervision, using own initiative and able to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player – able to adapt to working within different teams with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong discretion and experience handling sensitive/confidential data
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of Coupa and Concur desirable
