Executive Assistant to Chairman of Dial Partners LLP (plus Team Support)
The Role
This is a full-time, temp to perm position based in Mayfair. The individual may occasionally be required to work from the Chairman’s Private House in Surrey. There is an opportunity for hybrid working depending on business requirements.
Core Hours will be Monday to Friday 9- 6 PM; there will be times when the individual be required to work beyond these hours.
Although the role is to primarily support The Chairman, there is also a team of 5-7 other Partners who require administrative support.
We are looking for a super strong 1-1 Executive Assistant to support busy Chairman/ CEO. Becoming part of a small team this is a fast paced and sometimes demanding role for an experienced and career driven EA with much to offer. The role will require a huge amount of global scheduling and travel, extensive client liaison, as well as supporting Chairman with full private support. A background working with an HNW/CEO or Chairman in a busy multi-tasking role covering both business and personal support is essential.

Financial Conduct Authority.
Salary: Circa £60k depending upon experience
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Chairman’s ever-changing diary, schedules, meetings, appointments.
- Monitoring and gatekeeping incoming calls, messages and emails, actioning and following up as appropriate.
- Book and manage extensive global travel arrangements including dealing with visa applications, private travel requirement, luxury hotels, ground transportation and producing itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, emails, presentations, and other documents.
- Support the Chairman in his non–business related activities including:
- - Fundraising Patron for GOSH & Marie Curie
- Active member of Conservative Party
- Helicopter Pilot
- Maintain and update contact database.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Record, prepare and distribute minutes of weekly team meetings and Board meetings
- Expenses reimbursement
EA to Chairman JD 25 April 2023
- Support Finance Manager and team as and when required with broad range of administrative tasks including, payment of invoices, renewal of insurance policies, archiving, IT support, office management.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary so the team and
Chairman can operate more efficiently.
- Work closely with Chairman’s private household staff
Education and Experience
- At least 5 years + experience providing a broad range of secretarial support at a Senior/Executive level
- Finance sector background would be an advantage (particularly M&A)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
- Ability to take down dictation and comprehensive minute taking.
