The Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to the CEO and Chair, ensuring the smooth operation of the charity. You'll be central to guiding the Board of Trustees and their committees, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior leaders, ensuring their agendas are streamlined and impactful.
- Lead governance initiatives and projects.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring senior executives are prepped, informed, and well-organised.
- Act as the foundation for our Board of Trustees, facilitating their proficient operation.
- Lead our PA network with distinction, instilling best practices and setting a high standard.
- Supervise diaries, inboxes, and optimise schedules.
- Conduct Board of Trustees meetings, from agenda-setting to ensuring timely action on decisions.
- Engage with the Executive Team, assuring seamless meetings and swift implementation of decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
- Oversee financial activities, handling budgets, expenses, and fiscal planning.
Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in supporting senior executives.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
