You will join the nerve-centre of one of London’s most diverse and vibrant arts and media companies, operating in many media areas including events and digital media, communications, television programming and distribution, post production, and the arts.
Our founder and Chief Executive, also a published philosopher and award-winning broadcaster, is looking for a dynamic and talented Executive Assistant to assist him in running his personal office and to develop his personal brand. This is a varied and challenging role with a significant level of responsibility and much potential for the role to develop.
Your role will be split between Executive Assistant duties including but not limited to: diary, talent and personal marketing duties including coordinating PR communications and social media activity, and developing and maintaining general online presence. You will gain an understanding of everything that the CEO is involved in, and play a pivotal role in running a media group as efficiently and effectively as possible.
This is an exciting and challenging role that will give you a remarkable insight into an organization that finds itself at the forefront of cultural change. There is a lot of scope for career progression, and you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility on both the EA and Marketing front as your responsibilities grow. You will also have a hand in our smaller arts division Open Gallery, an online art gallery devoted to selling bespoke video painting. Over time there will be scope for the successful candidate to expand our client base and manage integral relationships.
At TVF Media, we are focused on supporting your career progression and wellbeing. In joining our team, you will also become eligible for our range of benefits, including our pension scheme, private healthcare insurance cashback scheme, hybrid working, Cycle to Work, frequent company socials and biannual parties, gym and festival ticket discounts, and more!
