The Trust successfully champions the cause of wildlife through policy and campaigning work, demonstrates best practice through practical conservation and innovative partnerships, and inspires people to take positive action through its education and engagement activities. It also manages a network of around 120 wildlife reserves across Scotland and is a member of the UK-wide Wildlife Trusts movement.

- Liaising with Senior Management Team, Management Team, Line Managers and other relevant colleagues as required
- Administrative duties such as processing expense claims and maintaining and managing digital filling systems
- Co-ordinating and providing secretarial support for Council meetings including agendas, action updates, attendance, meeting papers and minute taking
- Providing administrative support to the Trust’s Chair and Committees
If you are comfortable working in a complex organisation with multiple teams, sites and projects, and have the appropriate skills, we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and general awareness of the Scottish Wildlife Trust’s work and a commitment to nature conservation. The ideal candidate will have experience in tasks such as co-ordinating and taking minutes for formal committees, as well as extensive experience using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
