Job description
Reporting to the CPO the EA's primary responsibility will be to support the CEO to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities of the executive team. The EA will provide administrative support to the CEO and members of the Executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinating the board and executive meeting schedules.
· Taking minutes at the monthly Board and Executive meetings.
· Chasing the executive team on actions.
· Making travel arrangements for the Executive team, including booking flights and hotels.
· Manages the expenses for the CEO.
· Manage the WeWork card access and be the main point of contact for the WeWork office.
· Takes minutes at the Employee Committee meetings and acts as the main point of coordination for actions.
Qualification & Experience:
Must have previous experience as a PA / EA in a small fast-paced business, with responsibilities for organising international travel.
Knowledge & Skills
· It is essential that you are a confident communicator with experience dealing with senior stakeholders (both internal and external)
· Highly organised and efficient self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude
· Intelligent problem solver and team player with meticulous attention to detail
· Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Location:
This role is based at our offices in Holborn, central London. With some flexibility for home-working.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £16.50-£18.00 per hour
